What is RMM Dispatching?
RMM Dispatching is a professional freight dispatch service that supports truck drivers and owner-operators by managing load booking, rate negotiation, load tracking, and logistics coordination.
Is RMM Dispatching a freight broker or carrier?
No. RMM Dispatching is a dispatch service only. We do not operate as a freight broker or carrier. All loads are booked on behalf of the driver or carrier.
What types of equipment do you work with?
We work with a variety of equipment types, including dry van, reefer, flatbed, and other configurations based on driver capability.
How does the onboarding process work?
Drivers complete a Driver Intake Form and submit required supporting documents. Once all documents are received, onboarding status is reviewed within 24–48 hours, and drivers are notified via email.
How are dispatching services billed?
Dispatching services are billed as a flat percentage per completed load. Full billing details are outlined in the dispatcher agreement provided during onboarding.
